• Subscriptions: Full refund within 14 days if less than 20% of the content has been accessed.
• Single-course purchases: Refund within 7 days if less than 50% of the course has been viewed.
• Team or Enterprise Plans: Refunds and cancellation terms are defined in your agreement.
